FrockOn Appreciation!

This past Monday, the lovely ladies at FrockOn.com and I partied at The Dressing Room in NYC, which I posted on earlier this week. We networked, sipped sangria, and shopped at the same time. Pretty good night if you ask me!  Here are some of the snapshots that I happen to be featured in. For more photos from the FrockOn Appreciation event, click here.

Haute Couple: Sean Lennon & Kemp Muhl

Sean Lennon, the musician slash actor son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono has the quirkiest style ever. And I love it. Lennon and model girlfriend, Kemp Muhl are famously seen wearing (dare I say) matching outfits. It doesn’t work for many people and can come across as cheese-city. However, it works for these two. Their styles complement one another and so they are definitely my pick for haute couple of the week!

The Dressing Room NYC

Last night, I attended an excellent party put together by my fabulous friends at FrockOn.com. I recently started working on their Love it or Hate it section and am honored to be part of their team! Accompanying me was BFF and Travel Blogger Jacqueline DeLeo. (Check her out on Twitter: @NomadGypsyWoman)
The Dressing Room is a unique combination of a vintage boutique and lounge. It’s amazing getting to sip some sangria while browsing through fashionable items! The Dressing Room is conveniently located at 75A Orchard Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Check it out, get some drinks, buy some clothes, enjoy New York.

Sun-daze

Sometimes all you need is a pair of heels to make an outfit complete. A simple pair of jean shorts matched with a button down is comfortable, casual, and chic. What more could a girl ask for really? These Aldo heels are my favorite. The brown hue flatters almost any color and makes my Sunday gear much more fashion friendly. It’s not about how much you spend, it’s about what you put together! Happy Sunday everyone =)
